Category:Clive Vale
From Historical Hastings
Summary[edit]
It is suggested that the naming of Clive Vale is a corruption of Cliff Vale after a field so named on the 1750 map of the Collier estate.[1] Place Names of Sussex [2] would tend to confirm this.
