Prince Albert Inn

Located in Rock-a-Nore Road, this pub was built in 1789, becoming the Forester's Arms in 1847, then the Prince Albert in 1852. The Winkle Club was formed here in 1899. It closed as a pub in 1953[1] and is now the Mermaid Restaurant
