The building at 27 Havelock Road was constructed c1857 and, has for many years, incorporated murals manufactured by Royal Doulton artists in the form of tiled views lining what was, originally, a passageway alongside the building and later incorporated into the fabric of the pub. Also known as the General Havelock.
