Dormans Library

Originally the Royal Victoria Library operated by Charles Southall, Dorman's Library (run by James Dorman) was based in Marina near to the Royal Victoria Hotel. In addition to having books and periodicals for loan, the establishment also sold pianos during the 1860s. The library was also known as the Royal Victoria Library[1] and Dorman's Victoria Library[2].
