Battle Road Laundry
From Historical Hastings
Originally known as the Hollington Steam Laundry, before becoming the Battle Road Laundry. The business was later taken over by Dawn & Dorset. The steam engine/boilers were utilised during WW2 to power an Air Raid Siren.
