Wine merchants established in 1799 with premises at 2 George Street, 2 Wellington Place and London Road definitely between 1899 and 1905[1]. It would appear they also offered bottling services to the breweries around town - certainly in 1866, they are listed as being the bottlers for the Phoenix Brewery[2].
