Tudor House

From Historical Hastings

Popularly named as Ross's Folly, this tudor-styled building was one of the first buildings erected in St Helen's Road. Being designed by Edward Heffner, the designer of the Albert Memorial, plans were first laid out for the house in 1878 to Ross's specification.
