Promenade Shelter

From Historical Hastings

In common with many seaside towns, Hastings has a number of promenade shelters. They are predominantly of two types; the concrete ones constructed by Sid Little - the 'Concrete King' and, often earlier glazed timber shelters. In addition to providing shelter from inclement weather, a number also serve as Bus stops and vents for underground car parks.

This page serves as a holding page to document changes to the seafront shelters over time.
