Dovercourt

Dovercourt was a large house on Hollington Park Road constructed in the late 19th century. In 1952, the property was split into two houses forming today's number 10 and 12 Hollington Park Road[1]. During 1956, a further, single storey, property was added to the rear forming number 10a[2].
