John H. Weatherseed (1840-1915)

John Weatherseed was a carpenter and builder who was born in Ninfield. Marrying Sarah Kent in 1864, Weatherseed appears to have acquired a number of properties as well as his own residence in Bohemia Road, he is listed as being the owner of Exmouth House and Tower Buildings by the time of his death in April 1915.
