Jeremy Towns and his wife in 2020, who own this cafe on the promenade at Warrior Square, as a result of the Covid 19 lockdown meaning his business could not open, engaged an artist - Sean to paint a mural of marine life on both the shutters of the cafe and parade wall[1]
