[Rear] M. d. R Just got your card. We crossed yesterday. Had a splendid sea. Water got high over the highroad to Wimereux [ ?? ?? ??], Nearly all people were sick. I was not but [?? ??] all he could. We're allright, nice people clean house, something like Brighton. There is a French lady and her boy but we only speak english. [Front] We stay where there is the x. You were right not to do the translataing. I shall send cards to allaine. [?? ?? ?? indicated a situation for a governess. When are you coming. Hastings and St Leonards close together. It is a nice place. Best love from both of us. [??] |
