John Kenwood (1823-1868)
From Historical Hastings
Born in Devon, but moving to 5 Wellington Terrace following his marriage in 1841John Kenwood was a builder who would appear to have built up quite a property portfolio during his life. Following his death in Ticehurst in 1868 the following properties were placed up for auction in 1875[1]. Charles Eversfield was listed as the freeholder.
